Hearty Breakfast Sandwich

What is that one-time saying..."necessity is the woman nurture of invention"? Well, necessity was the source of this uncomplicated breakfast sandwich over the weekend. Hubby too I had a leisurely belatedly forenoon breakfast planned when he received an unexpected telephone phone telephone too had to run across a customer correct away.
