Barbecue Sauce

We dearest this barbecue sauce; I can't squall back just where I institute it, but it is a keeper. I normally double this recipe thence shop it inwards stonemason jars inwards the fridge. 2 cups ketchup
1 loving cup water
½ loving cup apple tree cider vinegar
5 tablespoons white sugar
5 tablespoons chocolate-brown saccharide (I purpose nighttime chocolate-brown sugar)
1½ teaspoons dark pepper
1½ teaspoons dry out mustard powder
1½ teaspoons dry out onion pulverisation (not onion salt)
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon liquid smoke

Mix good in addition to simmer (uncovered) for 1½ hours, cool earlier using. This sauce smells a fiddling vinegar-y spell cooking, but the terminal production is on the sweetness side.
