¾ loving cup butter (room temperature)
1 loving cup white sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons corn syrup
2 teaspoons lemon extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all hold upwards flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
a piddling extra saccharide to curl cookies in
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter together with saccharide until it is really low-cal together with fluffy (this takes a few minutes at high speed). Beat inward egg, corn syrup together with extracts. Add the flour, baking soda & baking pulverisation together with mix well.
Roll dough into 1" balls thus curl the balls inward granulated sugar. Place them on a parchment lined cookie sail virtually two or three inches a part. Bake inward preheated 325 flat oven for 12 minutes or until they are only golden some the edges.
