The easy-peezy crust is exactly 2 Ritz crackers (per cheesecake) sandwiched together amongst a sparse skim of peanut butter. The filling mixes upward inwards seconds together with 2 hours afterwards they are baked, they are gear upward to devour!!
16 ounces regular cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 loving cup sugar
1/2 loving cup peanut butter (creamy style)
1/2 loving cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
Beat the room temperature cream cheese until it is smooth
and creamy (30 seconds or so).
Add the sugar, peanut butter, sour cream together with vanilla together with musical rhythm out until good incorporated. Add the eggs, ane at a time, together with musical rhythm out until everything is good mixed but don't overbeat.
Line a cupcake pan amongst newspaper liners, together with therefore sandwich 2 Ritz crackers together amongst a footling peanut butter (spreading to the edges) together with put it inwards the bottom of each newspaper liner.
