3 large overripe bananas
2 teaspoons lemon juice
6 tablespoons unsalted butter (soft)
¾ loving cup white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1½ cups self rising flour
4 tablespoons milk
1/3 loving cup chopped pecans (I used ½ cup)
½ loving cup chopped maraschino cherries

Preheat oven to 350F too lightly grease too flour a 9" x 5" loaf pan. Mash bananas too stir inwards lemon juice. Set aside.
Beat butter too saccharide amongst electrical mixer until creamy. Beat inwards banana mixture too vanilla extract. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating good afterward each egg. Sift dry out ingredients together too add together to the banana mixture, alternately amongst milk. Mix alone until incorporated. Fold inwards nuts too chopped cherries.
Pour batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake most 1 lx minutes (my oven took lxx minutes) or until toothpick tests clean. Cool inwards pan for xv minutes thus plough out onto rack.
