It is moist, sweet, fruity, nutty......and snack-o-licious !!
PINEAPPLE PECAN SNACKING CAKE
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 eggs
1 (20 ounce) tin mail away crushed pineapple including juice
1 loving cup chopped pecans (toasted at 350° for five minutes)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon kokosnoot extract
Mix the crushed pineapple in addition to juice amongst the eggs, extracts in addition to sugar. Mix well.
