Pumpkin Spice Cupcakes

This is a wonderful recipe for several reasons: the cupcakes are super moist in addition to tender, they are mildly spiced in addition to the batter goes together amongst ane bowl in addition to a whisk; what could move easier? (1)  xv ounce tin sack of pumpkin (not pie filling)

1 loving cup vegetable oil

(scant) 1/4 teaspoon soil nutmeg

ii teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt

I never mensurate my "everyday" frosting, simply here's a stab at it:

Melt three tablespoons butter; add together 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in addition to 1/2 teaspoon maple extract.
Add 1 to 1½ cups of powdered saccharide in addition to a couplet tablespoons of cream.  Whisk till smooth. If it seems a piffling to dry, add together around other tablespoon of cream.  If it seems a piffling besides wet, had around other spoon of powdered sugar.
