This super MOIST and tasty (veggie filled) corn staff of life starts out alongside 2 of those lilliputian Jiffy corn staff of life mixes (what could endure easier?) too feeds a crowd. It is as delicious warm or at room temperature, too thus it is perfect for a pot luck or vacation brunch.
4 eggs (beaten)
1½ sticks butter (melted)
(2) cups broccoli florets (chopped)
1 loving cup of frozen corn (thawed)
1 medium onion (chopped) saute until tender
1 loving cup cottage cheese
1/4 teaspoon dry out carmine pepper flakes (or to taste)
Saute broccoli, corn too onion until tender, ready aside. In large bowl, crunch four eggs together too stir inwards melted butter, cottage cheese too pepper flakes. Add Jiffy mixes too stir until smooth. Gently stir inwards broccoli, corn too onion. Spread inwards a greased nine x thirteen baking dish too bake (375°) for 35 to xl minutes or until lightly browned.
NOTE: Finely diced sugariness carmine pepper is pretty inwards this cornbread too, only I was out of it.
