2 to three pound boneless pork loin (see complaint below)
1 xvi ounce bottle of your favorite flavored barbecue sauce
8 ounce tin crushed pineapple (juice too all)
1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
Stir the barbecue sauce, undrained pineapple too liquid fume together too pour it over the raw pork loin (in the Crockpot).
Cook on LOW for v to half-dozen hours (I cook it for 6 hours). Turning the meat over 1 time or twice during that time.
Just earlier yous are develop to eat. Remove the meat too thicken the sauce (I piece of job a cornstarch slurry), too therefore put the pork dorsum inward the sauce to keep it hot till it's fourth dimension to eat.
This sauce is absolutely delicious. Even my picky-picky hubby gave it a thumbs upwards (twice!!) too it could NOT last easier.
NOTE: I'm certain this would piece of job amongst a pork tenderloin, only I haven't tried it therefore I can't recommend a cooking time.
