Five Star (No Knead) Cinnamon Rolls

I idea I had the best cinnamon coil recipe, but oh my goodness..."Katy bar the door".....

2 cups buttermilk (no substitutions)
1/2  loving cup vegetable oil
1/2 loving cup sugar

1 parcel Quick Rising yeast

1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

FILLING

1 teaspoons cinnamon

2 tablespoons butter (soft)
